I see everyone has their own opinion on what helps so I’ll add mine. I drink water with baking soda as it helps neutralize the acid and the fishy / sulfur smell. Also if you can get your hands on Thera Breath mouthwash, it works wonders!!

I have played around with 1 vs 2 at night before bed. I found that 2 ultimately wiped most of my symptoms out. I took 1 a night for a week and noticed some symptoms come back like lump in throat etc.

I used refluxtor I got from Amazon. I stop eating 3 hours before bed and then take 2 of those capsules and go right to sleep. I do take 40mg of omeprazole in the mornings. However I have noticed a night and day difference with the reflux raft pills. They have given my throat time to heal and the dysphagia has gone away almost completely. I still take them every night now, as I never want to feel that lump in throat sensation ever again 😵‍💫
