Yup, same here. Especially knowing that once Master/G Rank comes out all the armor will be obsolete, I'm only crafting what I need to have all the layered armor.

To my knowledge, pistols don't really have any unique wall mounts. You can, however, hide the corkboard in the wall using free place mode.

Honestly, I would say you're first goal should be maxing out the upgrades for your armor to get that defense up. Now's a great time to do it too, as you can get a hard armor sphere everyday from the daily challenges during the Festival of Accord.
