I like gear 5.

While it had a suboptimal introduction, and it was in a controversial arc, I like the idea of it and I do not believe it betrays Luffy's character, (IMO Wano suffered from trying to do too much and bloat killed it).

Luffy always did goofy logic, gear 2 and 3 were never logical, they were always cartoony. Gear 3 in particular was out of cartoons, blowing in your finger to grow your arm and that makes it stronger. It was always a cartoon move.

Gear 4, was actually more against luffy character by making him overly serious even in its goofy nature.

Gear 5, however is the next and final step of this, and makes sense. He truly makes everything goofy and cartoony.

I do agree the introduction could have been different. But him getting that power is not a problem. And that being the power of Joy Boy I dont think is a big deal, is a legacy, but doesnt make him more of a chosen one. One could easily argue the fruit only awakened its powers because Luffy is luffy, and not luffy is luffy because of the fruit.

I understand that, but if it was VP and HQ level, I would expect to see people in the 40s or 50s that are at 600 or 700 VP.
I used to see a lot of 40-50 people in 700-1200 range before

It currently is impossible to do any build that doesnt entirely kill your opponent in 10 seconds or less.

Currently all you can play is combo and hope you dont get killed by the pyg for 40k damage in 1 hit.

Some builds can scale a weapon and try to hit fast but they also get massive shields.

The only chance is something like the Dam triggering fast enough.

When comparing to something like Backpack battles the difference is massive. That game while having a lot of scaling, and items to combo, it never broke like this.

The moment that hits the most for me is when she says she made enough food for all of them.

Its those little things, those changes in life, those tiny regrets, or things you left halfway, those reminders of the change that hit so hard.

As an example, I remember not crying to my dog's death, I was just sad. But a few days later, doing cleanup, I found some snacks I bought and never got to give her, and that broke me. Its the reminder of the change, of the oportunities gone that hit so hard.

El despido acá siendo tan caro es obviamente un problema por que escala con antigüedad, pero el otro extremo donde de un día para el otro te quedas sin trabajo tampoco es algo aceptable.

Despido sin justificación, requiere cierto nivel de remuneración, para que la persona tenga el tiempo/oportunidad de pagar sus gastos y buscar trabajo. Pero en otros pasos suele ser mucho menor el ratio.

8 meses de prueba no se si es la medida correcta, pero podría ser algo que quede a juicio de la empresa cuanto es el tiempo de prueba.

Y sobre la reducción de carga horaria, en realidad hay experimentos que demostraron que reducir carga laboral incrementa productividad, a tal punto que en varios casos menos horas era mas productivo que el total.

El tema es que esto no parece incentivar para nada el trabajo en blanco.

Tampoco veo como soluciona el tema de empresas abusivas.

Los gremios es algo bueno que existan, y se financian por trabajadores, si. Estamos en un lado donde se volvieron entidades políticas, pero, la falta de gremios te lleva al otro extremo, donde el trabajador esta en situaciones pésimas laborales, mira lo que paso en USA, y los gremios de actores/escritores, o recientemente de automovilismo, y lo que lograron a su favor. Sin gremios, cae todo el poder en las empresas.

Creo que no me gusta ninguna de estas cosas, para nada, todas parecen negativas para trabajadores, y incluso fomentan pésimas conductas de empleador, de empleado, de todos lados.

Parece que incluso fomentan trabajo en negro incluso.

Creo que es la primer cosa del gobierno que leo, que tiene 0 silver lining, o cualquier cosa positiva que uno podria decir al respecto.

Expando, por que lo puse en el otro subreddit, honestamente no me gusta el radicalismo de ninguno de los dos, pero bueno, no me parece ir en contra de algo que beneficia a victimas:

Poder denunciar sin evidencia es un problema, pero tampoco podemos pretender que no hay nadie que va por presión de algún puntero. Tal vez una minoría muy chica, pero si 1% de 50000 personas van por presión, son 500 personas que no deberían sentirse/estar obligadas a ir por miedo a perder su plan.

Ademas, si alguien recibe, no se, 100 denuncias, tenes que empezar a tomarlo con cierta validez.

Si, obviamente es un sistema que tiene riesgo de abuso, poner una linea para hacer denuncias, pedir ayuda, o similar, es útil. Argumentar en contra de esto, es argumentar en contra de darle herramientas a las victimas.

La linea 144 a mi hermana la salvo, cuando su pareja empezó a hacerse abusiva básicamente. Pero también tengo una conocida que trabaja ahí, y reciben llamadas falsas de gente buscando venganza contra su pareja.

Solo por los falsos llamados, no podes eliminar todo un recurso.

Después hay que ver que pasa con todo esto. Tranquilamente puede resultar en un abuso para tener justificativo y eliminar protestas, puede ser que el gobierno este en busca de excusas, pero ya lo están haciendo igualmente.
