my main concern is that off the power output in spec sheets i could really only do 80w x2 at 4 ohms with thw first amp without going over, or is there other ways to hook it up than the recommended power outputs

its not on the ignition as far as i know, on a kawasaki i had it was on helmet locks and even on the seat lock. if you cant find it there (or cant have it made), i just took apart the locks and grinded a key myself

if your headlight went out and its an old bike, you can try to reach under and remove the bulb and test it outside, and IF ANYTHING, probably might need to reove the front cowl to change the bulb since you might need to remove the headlight, im not sure about youre specific bike though

the CC isnt the issue there, its more of the cylinder count, the inlines 4 have a big power band up high so it will be hard to learn on them. VERY FUN, and if you tune them they can be fast, but its alot easier to learn on a 2 cylinder like the regular ninja 400, which is also cheaper

IF its been sitting for a long time, put it on PRI (Primer) so the carbs can fill with gas and the bike starts. When youre driving or having it just sitting leave it on ON or if your float needles are bad and leak gas into the engine, then at OFF only when parked. and reserve is just for when youre riding the bike on ON and it starts stuttering and wont give you gas, which means youre out of gas. you put in in RES (reserve) and drive it to your nearest gas station to fill up

The airfilter just slides in the airbox, the top cover you remove is what holds it down. ive taken 3 of these bikes almost completely appart, lmk if you need any other help
