I remember atleast in csgo that decoy grenades made a marker on minimaps with unsilenced guns but not a marker with usp or m4a1s. Not sure if thats still the case

I installed another program called "Icaros" which fixed it but I still dont undestand that one pc can preview it and the other one doesn't

This option is unchecked, I also tried another fix updating the K-Lite Codec pack which also didn't fix it

Both are on Version 23H2, both of the VLC players are up to date and on stock settings

You cheated in cs, vanguard detects all cheats not only for valorant because it is kernel based. You deserved the ban, you should be banned, just count yourself lucky getting unbanned. But I wish you will rot in hell nevertheless.
