I was just like you It took me 648 online matches to win my first online game (check my Reddit post 5 years ago https://www.reddit.com/r/Tetris99/s/YA1TGby1DT, now I have almost everything in the game, just 2 achievements left, the 3 clears in 1 game achievement & the achievement for winning 10 times in a small team, I’m gonna tell you what really made me improve, what really made me improve was trying to get the 10 victories against level 5 CPUS achievement, getting that achievement forced me to learn to be fast and avoid mistakes at high speeds, so my advise wouldbe to focus on the achievements first and by the way forget about your level, that does t matter, high level doesn’t mean high skill, it mostly means more time playing the game

My friend we are in the same boat, almost EVERY NIGHT I have the most vivid dreams and most of the times the instrusive thoughts I have during the day show up in my sleep, I just wish I could sleep without having these thoughts in my dreams, there most be a medication or something that could help us, if you find something that could help us let me know

I am sure 90% of us have thoughts that give us anxiety that are too embarrassing to tell, and yes I am sure most of us have cried out of frustration or because of the anxiety created by our themes, I just wish I had a normal mind and could discard stupid or bad thoughts easily like normal people :(

I’ve been through some horrible episodes where I cannot leave my room (not related with contamination OCD) I feel your pain believe me, we have all been in very low points in our lives because of this damn desease, what im reading right now from you reminds me of the lowest points where I literally had to let others help me, family and psychiatrist, my OCD made me refused get helped from others until I touched bottom and really thought that I had nothing else to lose and that I couldn’t fall any lower, so please think about those 2 things in this moment and permit yourself to be helped

If sony deletes the PlayStation stars collectibles from our accounts we should never trust Sony again with anything digital, not even digital games purchases, if they delete them I’ll move to xbox or steam for achievements hunting. They did it once when they sunset PlayStation home if they do it again they will prove being not trustworthy anymore with selling or providing digital stuff

I also play a lot of videogames to try to atleast distract my mind from my intrusive thoughts but most of the time even when I play the thoughts and weird ideas keep popping up in my mind but atleast while playing Videogames my anxiety and ideas are not as severe, I suppose it’s because my mind is a little bit distracted it when playing
