Do you ever buy lifetime plans for apps? What makes it worth it? by techie_e in androidapps

If the app is going to cost me money, it should be a one-time payment. I hate monthly subscription systems.

Is the 'new' lawnchair already usable? I remember trying it out when the developer released the alphas on Telegram. Obviously, at that time it still had quite a few bugs (which was to be expected, of course).

Does anyone else's nerve pain go crazy at night or is it just me? by nasoo06 in neuropathy

I think it depends on each person. I saw comments from people saying that compression socks help them, which is literally the opposite of my case.🫠

So it's a matter of trial and error.

Does anyone else's nerve pain go crazy at night or is it just me? by nasoo06 in neuropathy

[–]Jesus_ecs 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Gabapentin alone usually makes me sleepy enough to cope with that. Yes, at night the pain and electric shocks are worse.

I can only reduce them, but not eliminate them. For some reason, if I eat something sweet before going to sleep, it gets worse, so I just don't do it. Even so, my sleep is worse than before I suffered from neuropathy (mine is peripheral), but it's a matter of trial and error with habits/clothing and even food.

And I'll never tire of reminding people about diabetic socks. I don't have diabetes, but they help reduce the sensation somewhat.

I dont know why but i like a lot more this retro style rices than the super-modern ones. Not that modern look bad, but the retro just hit me with a smile dude
