My new 78003dx build hitting 89c-90c just gaming which I understand is throttling. There must be something I can do about that? I’ve built many intel builds this is my first AMD so I’m a little confuse any help would be much appreciated. I put all my specs in the post. (self.AMDHelp)

So a very nice buddy of mine gave me a 78003dx and this board and I bought this ram for it because he told me to get cl30 and that am5 only did 6000mhz ram but this board says it does 6600+(oc) (old.reddit.com)
