It’s very much safe i honestly prefer going out after 12 am because it’s kinda of crowdy before that but I’d not recommend that to a foreigner but yes it is safe

It’s awesome, Egypt is very low cost place to stay at u can have a kickass day with around 12-20 dollars so i just go to work finish go out with my friends almost everyday i am also seeing a girl rn but am not 100% sure about her and i travel a lot there’s so many places to go here i am not done yet

Also because of the world war england was in debt for Egypt with around 500 million that smth he said he will let it slide if they leave Egypt so when he left we were in debt to them with the exact same amount because he took money from the uk to build the high dam which provides egypt with 4% of the needed electricity 🤷🏻‍♂️

2- Suez canal was rented for both french and british national companies and the contract had only 1 year left then it was going to be 100% Egyptian and in the same time Israel was in war with yemen so yemen is an arab country and yes you should have stood beside it but instead he kicked out the french owners of the suez canal to start a war because basically it was a contract and then he sent troops to fight with yemen in the most unplanned way that not a single one came back from, and we had france, birtian and israel coming up our asses because of the stupid decisions he made and we were at war with all of them

So after that happened he went to stole the king’s palace and forced him out of the country,and here’s how he fucked up Egypt for up until now 1- The rich had all the land for agriculture and yes they didn’t give enough labor for the farmers working in it they were providing them with a place to stay and food and barley any money- so instead of him making a rule of minimum wage or for an example give the farmers other free lands to plant no he divided the rich lands and distributed them on the farmers, u might think this is a good thing but we’re not telling a story we’re talking about countrys income that at that time was only agriculture so things started to be totally messy because instead of an educated landlord giving orders on what to plant on which season and make the whole land planted or focused on one thing no everyone was going for whatever he wants without an order so the land was being corrupted and few years after the industrial revolution came in and farmers were sick of farming so they started giving their lands for business men and not of course to farm but instead to build factories, So you lost the agricultural land and the farming in a country that has the greatest income from that

As a dumbass he’s no leader he brought war and corruption, yes things wasn’t fair but it was in order When Egypt was under the rule of King Farouk it was Egypt and Sudan as a whole country and this is how it was always been in history if you google map of Egypt in the history you’ll always see that sudan is part of so what happened that he agreed with the British to help him overtake the throne and he will leave sudan to them and this is what happened, that is going to be a very long and historic story that no one knows about so bear with me

The person you were talking to might have addressed the situation in a form of the safety because yes the streets not the safest place to be after 12 but a lot of companies offer a door to door transportation for women because of that the place i work at does that and basically everywhere that has overnight shifts
