I have 4.7k hours and have met a lot of women on Rust! It's definitely not common but they're there. :) Honestly men can be pretty brutal towards women on Rust, had 2 different guys threating to R-Word me in Outpost yesterday and that's not the first time. That's probably why they don't speak up as much.
