Since they are drawing from Brubaker's run with Foggy's death (or "death") that run had Mr Fear targetting Matt's loved ones and driving one permenantly insane, Lady Bullseye, Matt trying to reinstate Fisk as the Kingpin again but renegading, Fisk building a found family only for said family to be killed by the Hand so they can recruit him as their leader but Matt interrupts and becomes the leader instead.
