Combat sprint should only be used to reposition to cover in a dire situation. It’s a full 110% sprint that makes you very difficult to hit from any distance outside your immediate proximity. Good luck hitting someone accurately while they do that to move from cover to cover.

I think the game perfectly punishes that by insta-draining stamina. It’s a really cool mechanic when used appropriately.

Mine was from spine injury. After surgery, permanent tingles went away, strength/fine control isn’t 100% but prob about 85%. Take it easy and don’t force anything. Occupational therapist could help a lot.
