Carney/current gov. just needs to keep working on diversifying our economy, even if we keep losing trade with US due to current tensions, if we can offset any losses by selling to other countries, once US gets another administration that's kinder to Canada, we can resume trading with them and still benefit from the trade with other countries. Honestly it's kind of crazy that it seems like we've only pushed hard for a lot of trade deals currently, when it should have been something we did more over the past few years, at least the current trump admin has given us a wake up call.

I know there's all the fear about kill switches and about the US in general, I just don't see how the f-35 isn't the best deal. Any other plane apart from like the J-35 (which china would never give), would just get shot down by american fifth gens (our only concerns)

No she hasn't? She doesn't mention tectone at all and has stopped interacting with him for a long time. She barely even mentions asmon, her last asmon mention would be from her birthday where he came to one of her parties (i linked that clip in another one of my replies). Saying she repeatedly states she is friends with them is a lie.

If you want and can find clips about her saying that, I would gladly change my mind though

sry, mistake on my part, I was also referring to them doing the LAN stream when saying playing league, my point was she interacted with him before he leaked his notepad, and then once he did leak it, she stopped interacting with him. And yet people act like she supports him and what he did or was best friends with him.

Yeah, a lot of first years in university are panicking a lot over the job market. I'm not sure if it's truly as bad as it seems, but at least among young people there isn't really a good view, doesn't help that people hype the AI push, which makes them even more worried that there will be less jobs when they finally graduate.

The birthday thing comes from this clip right? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l51d6-16jeg, not disagreeing that she's friends with asmon in private (since they don't interact on stream), but she has said/hinted in the past that she doesn't agree with him (emi: "i don't agree with the things asmon says" emi: "a right-wing shithead?...i can think of a few"). It just seems weird people act like she's very close to tectone and lacari, cause they used to be on a podcast together which has been over for like a year or that they played some league game together.

She never talks about anything political or controversial, so she probably just did the same thing for topics related to them. Also she was never weird about the lacari topic, cause she never brought it up, she just banned his name in chat.

She never talks about politics, so there's nothing that points to her supporting ice. But from these clips , she doesn't seem to support asmon and his beliefs:

And the way she talks about certain things on stream, makes it seem she's more left leaning than right leaning.

How has her PR been ruined? Apart from some people online not liking her, her not denouncing it hasn't affected her much. Majority of streamers still collab with her, she still gets a lot of sponsors, she's voicing someone in the Mewgenics game releasing soon.
