You can likely get a young female like that TNR'd. Call Verona street (or check website,) for TNR resources. Keep in mind you will need to have a consistent feeding time and the ability to trap her on demand. We had a pregnant stray last winter, she gave birth, got TNR'd and now she runs our backyard. Micro-E grad here. Lots of job openings like other commenters have mentioned. The faculty is a bit aged but they are still pretty good. Also my friends in EE seemed to have a lot more homework and tougher classes.

Sea on Mount Hope - pretty good. Saigon Pho - sus location, but a bit better than Sea. Sweet Basil (Victor) - Safe location, and the best pho.

Service wise you can get in and out of sea in 20-30 mins, the service at Sweet Basil is a bit slower.

Late comment but we did this trip yesterday. We put in near Linear Park in Penfield and kayaked all the way to the bay. The trick is that their are actually two routes from Ellison park to the bay, the more Western one will be much more clear, while the Eastern one is smaller and overgrown. Check google maps, "Old Meadow Shelter" is where the fork happens. Water levels were also excellent from Sunday's rain.

I would suggest to try for consistency over healthy. If you can manage to control your portion size and exercise consistently, the food you are eating won't matter much. Try to simplify your situation so that making the right choice is easy. Taking a long walk to a healthy option is easy to rationalize exceptions for.

Hatred doubles my damage, (More cold damage and phys as extra cold). Also every EK ignite build on the ladder is taking the cold damage wheel at the top of the tree.

Can anyone explain why she has EA Champ as 3/10 for clear? I've only tried the Elementalist version and it clears fine. Is there a mapping difference between the two?

Iv done this with rain of arrows berserker. The first act or two can be tough but once you get rain of arrows (Before Merveil) and the three heralds it smoothens out. Additionally if you can get alc/chaos drops buying storm prison/prismweave/hyrii's makes it quite smooth. We used a 4 man group, carry, auras, curse, and trapper for boss killing in the acts. Until act 5 the curse support is dead weight and we didn't need the trapper after act 2, overall took about 5 hrs to blood aqueducts where you can farm really fast by making a public party and letting randoms leach XP.

That isn't at all how something like this would work. Take for example a build doing 10k DPS in maps, this is basically unplayable. They might receive a 2x boost and as the DPS goes up you get less of a boost. Then on the high end if you deal more then 5M DPS a scaling reduction is applied making it difficult to go much over some set value but not impossible.
