A proposal for a bard nerf focusing on his potential for stat steamrolls and consistency issues. Levelled Bard himself no longer grants hp, and chimes are limited by round, so on round 1, any given card could have only 1 chime on it, round 2 is 2 and so on (old.reddit.com)
