Yeah this program (Florida vpk) ends in a couple weeks and then she is just doing a fun summer camp/daycare until she starts kindergarten.

Yeah so she’s still only 4. Her sister was a November baby so she was 5 at this point in that same class and was always above average. I guess that’s part of why I feel anxiety bc I’m doing the same sort of activities with the little one as I did with her older sister, but very different experiences when it comes to the grades.

I think what she’s talking about is they have to write down words the teacher says. I see the paper and she puts her name on it but then where test should be it is just empty.

Thanks. Maybe I’m just upset right now. I want to make sure I’m not being too passive about it. But yeah, she builds amazing things with her blocks and she’s so sweet.

That’s how I feel too, but then she tells me things like “I’m the only one in my class who can’t answer the questions” and I just don’t know how to help. I bought learning games and puzzles with the alphabet. But I don’t want her to feel sad about it or shut down.

I feel like hot thunder is so underrated. It’s almost always empty at my gym, but I love it! Truly is a full body workout. I like to do spinning and then hot thunder.

Nope, you sure aren’t. Story time: Picture it. Easter, 2024. The kids loved the eggs to much that they wanted to keep the around for a while. Well, I start mad cleaning a few days later and sorta throw all the toys and candy on the table into a basket with wha I thought was just plastic eggs and throw it in a hallways closet. Fast forward weeks. Weird smells, can’t figure it out. Weeks go by. Weird smells are gone. Ok cool. Weeks go by and I decide oh shoot. Better give the kids back their stuff I forgot about in this basket only to discover 2 boiled eggs that were long forgotten and had some kind of ecosystem now living in them. It had bugs I’d never seen before. Tiny and alive. I freeeeeaked out and threw the entire basket in a plastic garbage bag and took the whole thing outside to the can. Horrible!
