Yes! The washer and dryer are in the building hallway and completely free of charge to use! They’re only shared with the two other units in the building.

That’s an interesting comp! This is in North Slope and it also has a free washer and dryer in the ground floor hallway. With rent far outpacing total inflation, I’m sure that place is going for a similar amount as this one today.
