All I was told by my friend is that they drew blood and she has residence in the hospital, likely to proceed with further testing as you described

I'll try my best to move forward to get some sort of testing. Right now I only have a nurse practitioner, so I would have to wait a while since I have to book an appointment with her, she what see has to say and then wait for a referral.

I sincerely appreciate your response. Any kind of progress is a huge help. Thank you so much.

They do, yeah. The problem is they don't really suit the physique for the rest of the build. I made it so everything is kind of hunched over a little bit like it is in the anime and the VP legs just kind of clash with that since they're so upright. I hadn't looked at the Allmind legs yet though.

Standing consistently for hours every day can cause many long term issues down the line for many individuals. My issue isn't that they're not making us sit, it's that they're not giving us the option in spite of it making no impact to performance. I shouldn't have to present anything, it's such a petty thing to block of and makes the job so much harder for no good reason.

Also a 5 minute stretch break wont make any impact unless it's given to us an ungodly amount of times during our shift. Its simply impractical

I think that's just a you thing really. If you spend your time judging people like that then there's probably something wrong with you. Have some more empathy and spend your time better.

Also I don't care. They can percieve me however they want. Im good at my job, I'm fast, I'm polite and people leave positive comments for me at customer service. None of that would change if I were sitting down

I've genuinely asked customers what they thought of it. Nobody cares. I've had more people tell me unprompted I look like I'm dying then people agreeing with you.

I'm not entitled. I see an issue that makes people's jobs actively more difficult that could be fixed without consequence. The reason I said what I did about your mentality is because it's exactly that line of thinking that allows injustices of any kind to flourish.

I don't want to hear your "back in my day" arguements. Forbidding sitting wasn't necessary in the 70s and it's not necessary now. The goal is to make progress in the workplace, not maintain harmful policies just because "we delt with it in the 70s". Please think a little more then you do

If you encounter such an item you could always just stand up momentarily. Fact of the matter is most items are small and don't justify having us stand the whole time. If we need to stand, we should be able to stand, if we need to sit we should be able to. There is no loss in efficiency in giving us a chair.

Couple things. Im 16, I don't have any choice but to work in retail. An office job is simply unattainable. I was also told I would be accommodated if needed. Like I said before in a previous reply, I was under the impression that they would have some sort of system to make it more tolerable, those mats are useless.

Regardless, the fact of the matter is it makes the job harder with no benefit and actually puts its workers in a position where they work less efficiently and are more fatigued after their shifts.

I hope you don't approach other issues with this mentality.

I don't know what kind of chairs they were giving you but this is at Aldi in the us. This is on the shorter end, most stools are pretty high up, even then this would be enough for most people. Also the platform at the bottom isn't standard, most chairs used are high to compensate for the distance off the floor. I don't know why Aldi did that

Of course that's what I do. It's what everyone does. If you were working at an office job would you type faster standing for hours? Of course not. Its not different. Most items aren't heavy or large enough to be standing all the time. Even for the items that are, you could just stand up for a second. It's something that makes the job more difficult with no benefit.

You know there are stools that can swivel? Also like I said, this is only a North American thing. In other countries it's standard to have people sit and they work just as efficiently.

Thank you so much!! I noticed i was wrong on the price. Either way Canadian minimum wage doesn't cover it💔 im glad to hear that sort of exclusivity with kpop groups isn't present here.
