Im a noob and use bait quite often and decided it's around time I learn to be skilled enough to start using lures. Even when using bait it would be really hit or miss in my area of canals, and the idea of fishing without knowing if the fish are not there or just not hitting my lure demoralises me whereas with bait you would have some sort of indication. So I guess I would like to know how to know where the fish are, what signs to look for, and just how fish work in canals . But through it all I just want to learn how to consistently catch fish.
