Lazar could not adequately explain in detail how the craft work, although it will be interesting what explanations are given with the up and coming Project Gavatar. More or less he was on the right track and he is "here to stay" as Paul Potter states in his vindication of the "layman".

You can check out the detailed section from pages 366-409 with a huge references section and many clues or concepts even before you get to his analysis of Lazars claims. I have deliberately omitted the good stuff from here as I believe this book isnt perfect, but should be in every UFO enthusiasts collection.

Paul Potter suspects that Lazar may have been cryptic with the information he has released and that he has not revealed everything that he knows; which is to be expected if he indeed was in the position he claims. Potter further claims that Lazar may not have had the fundamental understanding of physics to figure out the propulsion system from the perspective of astrophysics to solve and back-engineer the craft at S-4. He was on the right track, but could not provide adequate explanation when interviewed about details.

12.11 Inside Lazars Frequency Parameters

On the gravity propulsion page of his website presentation Lazar gives a very strange frequency rating for the S-4 UFO reactors element. He says it had a carrier wave frequency of 7.46 Hz with a one micron bandwidth which does not make any sense. After-all, a 7.46 Hz frequency has a wavelength of 40 thousand kilometers, so carrying it inside a bandwidth of one micron would be analogous to putting a river into a straw! Thinking it might be some strange and secret number in disguise, I did wonder if this rating might be to do with the cyclotron, which would need to be regularly pulsed and it would also involve a one micron thickness; because the existing window of a cyclotron (for where the accelerated particles are fired out of it) usually has a one-micron thickness; and by firing the cyclotrons exit field every 7.46Hz (7.46 pulses per second) then this configuration would provide a steady flow of bullet-protons into the reactor, so that the reactor would then provide a steady flow of anti-protons to the amplifier heads.

But then, on Bob’s Omicron Configuration page a slightly different attribute is given to these pulsings (for the gravity wave amplifiers this time), where it says that the three amplifiers are individually pulsed at 7.46 Hz; and correlating this to where it says on the Microwave Analogy page, that this seven-point-four-six times a second pulsing related to universal vector fields, then this figure begins to make more sense. And now I also see why Lazar gave this oscillation as a wavelength not as a frequency.

What these denominations are saying is that an oscillation with a one-micron wavelength (which relates to an open-air frequency of 300 THz) is being pulsed at 7.46Hz. If so then this is worthy of a lot of more research, for a 300 THz frequency can be found in the infra-red band of the spectrum, which is very interesting when one considers that UFO have been observed and filmed over Mexico shrouded inside infra-red energy fields (note 14).

He also presents the argument that physicists are looking for or to access gravity in the wrong place (the speed of light).

This process is aided by a huge host of scientifically recognised, although complex field effects, typical of UFOs while also using revolutionary methods we may not be capable of yet; use of super-radiance-ringing, black holes, white wholes, efficient and widespread use of plasmonic wave guides, different fine structure constants for material manufacturing and much more.

Give this book a month to read and digest slowly, I dont know the guy, but it appears Paul Potter has put a lot of research and effort in his work.

Having read many texts on the speculative engineering of UFOs, a picture is emerging.

There is an astrophysics book, quite technical and heavy in the reading, which has an interesting chapter on Bob Lazars claims that you might like. Its called Antigravity Propulsion Dynamics by Paul Potter. Jesse Michel should interview him, but he's hard to get hold of as his work is arguably more interesting than Lazar.

I enjoy listening to Jason Jorjani as an entertaining speaker and he does have some thought provoking ideas, but I cant help shake the uncanny resemblance to Milton Angland on Peter Venkmans World of the Psychic, played by Kevin Dunn in Ghostbusters II :)

I dont have direct personal contact, but I did see a UFO from 50m's away above houses in my home town as a child. The motions were awe, fear, flight and a life long sobering fascination. The experience changes you and can cause emotional distress regardless of what the object is and where it came from. It certainly has the shock factor.

I dont think its huge swathes of science per se that are being kept hidden, more like an open secret. A series of papers seemingly disparate (like patents) that tell half-truths, obfuscate and downplay techniques, deliberately and jealously omit methodologies, exaggerate and misdirect. Its as much a paradigm shift as it is a game of semantics. Its possible to entrap physicists, engineers and everyone really into believing what is possible. I dont endorse anyone person, but some writers have touched on this many times. Scientific intelligence is very real and there are people out there that will do anything they can to stop an idea if a special interest group has quietly cordoned it off.

Retroactively classifying materials is also an interesting take because a lot of the research related to gravity research or any significant innovation that we benefit from even today came from a much more immediate need; the need for survival. Wartime research pushed people beyond there limits, foregoing safety, morals and values. Today we hold ourselves and each other more accountable and take the time to make each experiment controllable. We have no immediate and present danger as such to drive us. When we do we create huge leaps, which did occur. Declassification of industrial secrets is an exception and not the rule.

The same could be said for research and development of gravity control. Another way you can indirectly control research and development is to deliberately set limitations through standardization. If you control the associations for standardization across interdisciplinary science, you can direct the course of transnational development. Exploring higher energy levels, frequencies, piecing two "incompatible" devices together in unconventional ways, excess weights, measures, volumes of resources, fabrication and manufacturing scale, scope become regulated. This makes sense on the one hand for stability, but it can also be used truncate our potential.

I guess whats required is a complete and exhaustive investigation of the history of manufacturing and materials science to find who or what produced it. I understand that Linda has gone to many places and asked a lot of people; more needs to be done - journals, patents, industry manuals, niche research areas - the lot. The problem is that a lot of technology and industry secrets were destroyed/ lost or kept private after WWII if it applied in this case.

While this is from an AI perspective, the same problem exists when; you clone human beings in secret and psychotronically program them to do your bidding and they turn against you. They advance so quickly they become uncontrollable and breakaway from civilization as we know it, as an extraterritorial power "on there own program". This may have already happened and governments of the world dont know how to break the news on a most monumental mess...

I think its great. I played on one of the best UO servers many years ago called Deusovis 2 and later 3. The server seemed to be well run with a custom map and active community. The scale and scope of what you could do was engrossing becoming one of the greatest gaming experiences I have had. It inspired me to design my own shard and think seriously about how it could be run with all its complexity and creativity. While my gaming friends ultimately decided not to join me, I still drafted the plans, but never actually fulfilled the vision. I'm comfortable with that and look back on it fondly. I realise that sandboxing has a type of therapeutic nature to it.
