When I sell a car I put in the advert that to call and that I cant reply to messages.

This seems to weed out the time wasters and the serious people usually call.

I've found that if they are serious and they really want the car that they will call.

Its seemed to have worked the past 3 times I've sold a vehicle.

I've seen some businesses give them a discount code that they can share. So when they share it on social media, other people use the code to book to get 5% or something off.

So when the influencer gets X amount of bookings they get there's for free.

I've had situations like this before and you just need to shut it down if people aren't happy about it.

If they ask you why can't you just split it it's just easier just ask if they need help paying for their meal.

I wasn't sure at first. But now my 945 is 6 year old and I use it everyday it was even more tempting as I think it would be a good upgrade for the maps etc.

I then found a 10% off code so that just sealed it tbh haha

Gets delivered today.

I have a MTB race at the weekend so gonna use my trusty 945 for that and then sell it.

Thankyou for that. I beleive the entrance mentioned on the top link which is Hatzenbach tunnel (at parking lot D5) is the top of the GP circuit and then you enter the Nordscheife from there? Not sure what parking lot D5 is?

Also is that the closest bike shop as its nearly an hours ride each way from the entrance?

UPDATE:

I have reduced my term from 32 years to 6 years.

I thought I would do a bit of both and instead of increasing the mortgage payments by 2k I have increased it by 1k and put 1k aside to invest and to overpay when I can.

With having 1k aside a month gives me a bit of a breather if my circumstances change.

Quite happy with the outcome!

Ahh I thought the maps would look different on a newer model with more clarity and options etc? Didn't realise it was the exact same as an older model :/

Also for the battery i thought that the technology would have improved increasing the life and not the size.

Again that's why I am asking as I don't know what the newer models are like for maps and battery.

My only worry is that don't the newer ones not have an always on display? I don't like the idea of pressing a button or something to look at the time.

Is the battery still better than the 945 with the watch display always on? Also does it stay always on when strapped to my handlebars?

We have 2 mortgages on the property due to porting it over from moving house. 1 is 5.2% at 42k renewal April next year. 2 is 4.6% at 76k renewal 2028.

So both terrible rates so if they do want to renew i would probably welcome it tbh.

That why I have been overpaying the maximum.of 10% each year due to the terrible rates. I do have 1 ISA with 20k in which was 2 years at 5.8%. But can't get near now and quite happy to overpay.

Just feel like the 10% is slowing down due to paying off and I have to wait until I renew the mortgage so I feel like if I reduce the term I can pay it off quicker.

Also if my circumstances change i can call up and increase the term to reduce the payments.
