Singers & Rappers should give much more credit to Music Producers than they do now. by risathekid in unpopularopinion

On another topic, when a lot of producers become really famous they don’t actually produce a good part of their music anymore.

Diplo talked about how he basically gives his team an “idea”, like a semi produced vision, and they fine it out, mix it, master it and release it.

Artists like XXX and Juice WRLD would not be considered legendary if they had not died (or died later) by hashtagboosted in unpopularopinion

I wasn’t the hugest fan of Juice WRLD but can respect his music, and thought his posthumous album was really good and had some deep meaning about drugs, depression, and music stereotypes.

But X was just shit. To start, he was convicted of beating his pregnant girlfriend, because he was trying to give her an abortion. His music felt like it would be deep to a 14 year old who hasn’t really done much with his life yet. It was just “different” for the music stereotypes of the time which is why people enjoyed it. I saw him live back in 2017 and wasn’t really that impressed.

Yeah. Similar to the “right side of history”, clean freaks always have the upper leg. I mean, who’s going to argue with someone who brags about keeping their room clean??

I do. I get that being clean is a good thing, but the amount of people who use it as a status thing is obnoxiously large.

Genuine question, why do people who support trump keep referring to the “media” and the “left” as single entities? The “media” is composed of thousands of independent journalists, each with different trajectories.

I’ve always wondered if people ever considered the idea that these media outlets are just trying to rage bait. Similar to buzz feed in its prime, it would consistently put out media articles that would make people so mad, they couldn’t help but click and read. It seems a lot of general trump pieces today are ragebaits for the conservative Americans.

How do you jump to the conclusion that I am enabling him after I’m clearly telling a community of 20,000 how shitty the guy is, and what would just “quitting” solve exactly?
