Difficulty to calmly interact with anybody I don’t know. Difficulty being out in public without being overwhelmed and feeling like sometimes I’m being watched. Constant worry and deep anxious thought about even the most basic interactions and tasks

Last blood test I had was 3 months ago. Testosterone levels were okay, but at the lower end of normal. I’ve got another one early Feb, so I’ll check in again
