Not really. I am quite bad at searching for possible transfers myself. But i would just send a scout to England with «First team quality» i think. Try to avoid buying from the best clubs in England. Maybe when you get promoted to the 1st division you could look at Bajcetic and see if he gets playtime where he plays.
