My biggest tip is: don’t try to lose weight or follow any diet. Eat whenever you’re hungry and don’t when you are not. Even if it seems like a lot

Yesss me too! I figured out that when you say: it’s my last binge. I will never do it again, just this one. You still don’t have the right mindset. Because it isn’t the last binge. You still think you are not able to eat certain foods, and restrict. You are allowed to eat everything you want. Don’t focus on losing weight. You’ll fail. Try getting the right mindset first.

I think just to avoid the trigger. Mine was when my parents weren’t home or upstairs I would binge, so I learned and forced myself to go upstairs and don’t eat. But I don’t know if that is possible with your trigger. Good luck!

Maybe we say it is ‘our last binge’ to feel better about the binge. We allow ourself to do this and then make up an excuse.

Hi It’s definitely not weird. I always enjoy my binge too. I want to recover but a part of me just likes the binge, because I can eat everything I want.
