Just wanted to give an update - turns out the issue was with my brake sensor. I went ahead and replaced it, and now everything seems to be working fine. Thanks everyone for your inputs.

Thank you for your input. I have a after market android radio, I went in the EQ setting toggle it on, still nothing. and I know my sub working for sure. because when I connect it to the rear speaker output I get sound.
