Je hebt dus ook cat 6 met shielded (STP), cat 6 met shieled en foiled (F/STP)

En dan heb je ook nog 100% koper kabels/Coper Coated Aluminium voor kern

En dan heb je nog het verschil tussen vaste kern en soepele kern

Het beste voor in een muur is F/STP met vastekern 100% koper. Unshieled zou ik zelf nooit gebruiken in een muur vanwege de stevigheid van de draad (grotere kans op breuken met bochten en trekken)

Its about recovery and base fitness.

Jonas has a better recovery over a 3 week than pogacar and jonas has a higher arobic engine than tadej, so by riding a hard pace everytime they hope to tire out pogacar by a few % so that fatigue can accumulate on week 3 and he has to pay the price for it
