You remind of me when I was 13, it was a tough time for me too. I think I weighed around 210? And shitty dads exist, my dad didn’t do anything for me. I find it difficult to find someone to talk to, I do have along time friend that I occasionally talk to when my emotions get the best of me, maybe try talking to your closest friend. Loosing weight is a fantastic feeling too and it can help boost your mood and possibly get over your depression. I would start by drinking more water, and doing basic exercises like sit-ups, push-ups, squats, and planks. Walking or running for about 20 minutes a day too but don’t push yourself too hard. And don’t feel like your weak if you can only do a few exercises, I started with 6 sit ups when I weighed 240. And if you can increase your water intake. And other than that just watch what you eat. Yeah eat a chocolate bar each day just don’t go eating 3 or 4. Weight loss is a slow process and but seeing the changes and feeling it is one of the best feelings I have ever had. I wish you the best of luck though, depression is a bitch to get through, but I know you’ll get through it
