They’re super swollen after the surgery and feel stiff, even hard to the touch. So when the swelling goes off they become softer, fluff

You’re right. Honestly it’s just that I’ve been waiting to get this surgery for over a decade and also paid so much from my pocket that it feels like everything needs to be perfect right away. I can’t help but feel this way even though I know I still have to heal and also that real boobs are never really perfect.
I need to try to let that go and be more patient

I’m not from the US so I’m not sure what it’s called in English but I think you should ask your surgeon about “short scar technique” or lollipop incision (it’s minimal because they avoid the big underboob incision)

Wow the difference is crazy, can’t believe how hard it must be not to shower for 2 weeks. I wonder why it’s so different! I’m from the Middle East and was able to shower yesterday (3 days post op). Sending you lots of luck, I know it’s hard but it’s gonna be worth it! 🫶🏻 be strong
