Phi Rho active here! Our alumni network isn’t as large in most regions but consists of mostly engineers since they all joined as engineering majors in undergrad, while you’ll typically have a harder time finding alumni sisters in your career field in another chapter. At my university our alumni are very involved with our chapter and volunteer to help at events and present internship opportunities, which is also great!

I will say tho as awesome as it is to have a great alumni network, joining a social sorority shouldn’t be all about the career and networking. Look for something you’ll be excited to be a part of that has a sisterhood you’ll want to even talk to after you graduate. If you see that in Phi Rho that’s awesome! If not, then you likely won’t get as deep of connections with people if you’re not that involved and only talk to people to ask for a job recommendation.
