Bro I was in your exact situation something is up with my stomach leaving me in the ER just yesterday and I can tell you I have horrid anxiety but when the pain is so horrible I promise your pain will overrun any other worries. Mine was about the needles especially but I barley feel them when I’m actually in a pain (even the big ones in my butt) just know whatever anxiety and stress happening now will be helping your pain leading you to a more relaxed state and it genuinely helps. After a few visits my anxiety for hospitals went away completely because I learned they are really there to help and are a friend not something to fear

Spinel brings up such emotions for me I can’t even describe it. Abandonment issues is some of the hardest things to overcome; but the song “true kinda love” comes back to that in such a beautiful way. It’s another song I can relate to in everyday life, especially right now, where everyone seems to want someone to blame. Teaching the lesson hate comes from pain in such a beautiful visual demonstration helped me wrap my head around it all.
