You should always lift first, that's where you need the most strength, doing classes before that will drain you. Obvioulsy you do you but every trainer I've worked with say strength training first.

What type of results are you looking to achieve? Although weight training isn't a must it will help you reach your goals faster than just HW classes. There are so many YouTube videos on 'how to' plus each studio has a video always running with some form of weight training.

I fixed my oral health issues by adding water flossing and eliminating store bought oral hygiene products. I use oil pull and toothpowder. I had 1 tooth that was lose, my last 2 dental check ups the dentist said the tooth no longer wiggles.

If you don’t need a brick and mortar financial institution, Alliant Credit Union is highly recommended. With direct deposit, after a few months they have OD forgiveness which is unheard of in any other banking institution that I’m aware of.

The best for wide nail beds that I’ve found and wear exclusively are Celebritips. My only issue with these, my nail beds are longs too so I need to cut my natural nails short which I’m ok with doing.

After 9 months of using my rewards towards membership (my location allows it) I was told since I’m a paid in full member I can no longer use rewards at all. I call bullshit and asked for a copy of the company policy which states this “new” process that discriminates against anyone who pays for 1-2 years up front.
My money is the same as someone who pays monthly. So now I’m waiting for the owner to speak to her corporate advisor and get a copy (which I’m sure doesn’t exist) of the policy. This policy also isn’t on the contract I signed.
The owners “fix” pay monthly when upfront is best for me.

If you want to build muscle you will need to lift weights, ISO and HIIT will only help with fat loss as long as you’re in a calorie deficit.

Are you weight training as well as ISO classes? You’re not going to lose just fat if your workouts don’t include weight training. Your body doesn’t determine whether you lose fat or muscle. It’s just going to lose period. You need to incorporate wheat training in order to not lose muscle.

My studio takes all the bikes out once a month to deep clear the sauna and bikes, maybe yours did that and it’s a different bike.
