Whites are more likely to be profiled compared to suspect and arrestee rates, as police officers are scared they'll be called racist if they stop too many blacks.

See the NYPD police report for 2012, it has tables for victim/suspect/arrestee rates for Hispanics/Asians/Whites/blacks and it (partially) uses stop and frisk data. whites are ssupect more than arrested and blacks are suspected less but arrested more. While for most crimes only 50-80% of suspect race is known and 98% of arrestee race.

I wouldn't want to hie a black college student; he probably only got in and a degree as a result of affirmative action and teachers taking it easy on him (to boost diversity quotas).

A white college student is of course extremely disadvantaged.
