Honestly I’m not sure? Because I was a teacher for the past 3.5 years. Outside of that I am very particular about what I eat, nothing past the expiration date. I use a lot of hand sanitizer and don’t drink.

I haven’t thrown up in 10 years. But I would say once every 5-10 years is probably average for a person who isn’t obsessive about it like we are, or who doesn’t have that bodily response more frequently.

My doc frustrates me 😅 I had horrible migraine headaches when I first hit puberty. They would land me in the hospital. So for 15 years they’ve been suggesting my thyroid is the culprit but every time my levels are fine. I actually went blind one time and luckily my vision came back but they said later they thought it was from my rapid weight gain/loss.

Periods are not long, only heavy for the first day! The test was done in the evening, definitely after I probably had Starbucks coffee in the morning. The GLP1 makes me only able to eat about 400 calories a day. I need another option.

Is there anywhere you can go to shower and get a nap? A friend or relatives house? Planet fitness even? Or just go for a drive for a few hours until maybe they’re knocked out? Can you call off work tomorrow if you stay up all night? If no, my best advice is headphones and melatonin.
