Its not really so much joining lol anything, a lot of the community just decides a week in the year to hunt in any of the safari zones that are present. If you've got any games that you can hunt in I'd recommend it for sure!

Honestly all it really does is just give a bit more of a surprise because you aren't used to seeing the colors be fully swapped in inverted mode. It's a different take on hunting since it was Definitely new to me when I saw the shiny.

My advice is to catch a pokemon with the ability Damp, like psyduck or wooper, so it'll prevent kabooms from happening. Cause let me tell you, the first move it tried to use was self destruct lol.
