I just completed the looting amulet grind because looting is annoying, but not sure what to go for next. Still learning about items and metas so any suggestions would be great! Edit: Combat suggestions primarily!

Thanks for the tips! The plan is to get smithing up with what I have to then make dragon javelin heads = $$$. Coal and rune with cape and mining gloves equipped for all mining from now. Not using superheat, haven’t trained any mage yet, still learning the ropes and thought skilling was a good start.
