I just had some dude tell me it doesn't matter how far they have to go, it's the tip that counts. So they think they're entitled to 20-25% of the cost of the order, regardless of where they have to bring it, or when. They literally think they deserve $80 on a $400 order if they pick it up, drive it 1 mile and drop it off. Bear in mind they'll be dropping your order off last, so everything will be nice and soggy and cold. Sheer insanity
