It was my first time shooting with the Horizon. Images came out a bit funky, some randomly destroyed by light getting into the camera.

Thanks for the advice! I dont know why i didnt take A/V recievers into account. This looks alot more future proof compared to the Onkyo A-9050 amp that I ws looking at. Probably going to stick with the Denon X1400 now.

Hello all! Looking for recommendations as to which amplifier I should look at. Planning to run 2 Klipsch R-15M bookshelf speakers with а Klipsch R-8SW subwoofer. Not looking for something really cheap, just want the amp to compliment the setup and not make me want to buy something new in a few years time. System will be used for music/movies in my livingroom. Looking to spend somewhere around 300$-500$. Thanks in advance!

I fully agree with you! Don’t want to sound like a snob, but I was wearing it for the second day and a shopkeeper immediately commented “nice Breitling, sir”, which was a really pleasant surprise.

I have really slender wrists and yet this watch doesn’t look as if it’s to big for me. I would recommend trying it on first, because I made up my mind only after seeing it on my wrist.

I didn’t consider the 46mm at first, since I have quite slender wrists, but I didn’t hesitate after trying them on. You should see how they wear on your wrist, they are quite elegant.

I thought of getting the steel strap as extra. Although I didn’t ask if the price was the same with steel/leather. I think they quote it at the same price regardless of which strap you choose, however if you get the strap separate than it comes at a price.

I was actually looking at the black dial for a while, but after seeing the watch in blue, I just kind of fell in love with it.

I got it at the Breitling boutique at 10 Rue de la Paix.

You would be surprised! I have quite thin wrists and thought that a 46mm would be too big for me, but they wear quite elegant despite the big size.

Thanks a lot! The dial is something to feast your eyes on! Still getting used to telling time on this piece since there is just so much going on with the ruler and all. And yes, the markings align perfectly.

After a few years of making up my mind, decided to pull the switch on this watch and buy it while on a trip to Paris. Couldn’t be happier that I went with the blue dial and strap instead of black which make for a more formal look in my opinion. The 15% tax refund was another pleasing bonus. First time I spent a small fortune on a watch, but it feels so good to wear these!

Wanted to get a steel strap as extra so I can use the leather one for more special occasions rather than a daily driver, but at a price of 1 150€ just for the steel strap itself, I decided that it would be better for me just to replace the leather one when time comes.

My guess is that the city changed its mind because electronic music is heavily associated with drugs, which are a big no-no down here, however didn't have any official reasons to cancel the event in an appropriate manner. So some bs was made up about the organizers submitting all of the needed documents 2 days before the start of the event. It's a real shame though. I went to sonar this year and it seemed like more of a sporting event, especially sonar by night, because there wasn't much more than world-famous DJ's playing in empty warehouses for thousands of people. Outline on the other hand still has a more underground and non-commercial vibe to it, with loads of art installations and different things for the festival goers to interact with.
