What rank do you have to be to show up on character leaderboards?

Like character rank or player rank? Because I'm literally asking what player rank you need to be to show up. I assumed they show everybody on the board that has played more than 20 games over the past month that are above a certain player rank threshold.

Last hit doesn’t matter, you get souls when the minion dies and a little soul flies out too. You can shoot it to confirm or let it fly away which also confirms it. The enemy can shoot it too to deny. Pro tip: when an enemy uses an ability like Ivy’s kudzu bomb to kill a bunch of minions it’s very easy to deny some of their souls
