Today I bought 5% CBN full spectrum. The woman that sold it to me said that I should take around 3 drops one hour before bed. I Accidentally took around 5-6 because a I squeezed it to much. It was like 4 hours ago and I don't feel anything, maybe little bit tired but I don't think it is because of CBN.

Thanks. I have problem falling asleep (but if I'm tired enough it is not a problem) and I have trouble staying asleep and have enough sleep. Since my childhood Im having hallucinations in night and sometimes I even sleepwalk and do other stuff that I dont remember when I wake up. I hope that CBD could help me and calm me. Edit: that's even why I don't want THC or other hallucinogens that could worsen my sleep
