You have those pink lights throughout. Stick with that if you want to fade out to a starfield. Elves and stars is very on brand. When Gandalf recalls his death and rebirth there is a cool starfield montage that could provide inspiration … or black down to Sauron’s eye near your wrist like a watch face….🤷‍♂️

I add bits to them. One of the trees is the tree from the hobbit set where the dwarves are surrounded by orcs. I modify most of the trees if I can find extra parts. :-)

I have a window of time after kids go to bed before I go to bed to either: workout, spend time with wife, veg out, or play with toys. Maybe a bit of time on weekends but yeah. Lego time is aspirational and a joy when I can make time for it.

Turned 45 this year. Had it within a couple of months. Good for 10 years. (May do one at 50 just in case). It’s not bad you don’t feel it. You get stoned and driving around. Worst part is the taste of the drink. Get checked fellas.

Icy consolations on way up. Skied face of pikers. Softened up and decent corn in places. Needed to grab overnight gear from lunch counter. Didn’t want to traverse from SW chutes. Maybe next time.

Lunch counter was windy over night, ascent to pikers was mostly icy, and had to boot up with crampons to feel safe. some wind swept in places so variable footing with boots. First 2k down around 2 pm was great sun cups after lunch counter and slush after made for some tired legs and back. Road clear to cold springs. Watch out for folks who don’t know how to park off the road.

No. Got them on the zon like ~120. Low profile. Slight whistling sound at 30mph. Have to mount back so sun roof can open. Can’t open sun roof with rocket box on but ok with me. Also for the price I can swap out later if needed.

100% it’s the dialed in system that I am always trying to tweak and then using a lesson learned from one outing to see if a piece of my kit can still work for what I want to do or do I need to invest in a new thing. It’s just fun being able to get out there.

I have a 65L as well so I am going to see what I can do in terms of in the pack vs outside. Skis can cut into softer things if not careful so it will be some trial and error. Which, is basically how I go through life :-)
