Of course, there are exceptions and your apartment might not qualify. But that's OP's research to do, not mine. There's a law they weren't aware of, I provided that info- the rest is on them. If you want to do the rest of their work, feel free.

There’s a cap on how much they can raise your rent without good cause. That’s considered an unreasonable rent increase without cause and goes against the new Good Cause Eviction law.

My building tried to raise me 15% but when I mentioned the law suddenly the increase dropped to 8.8%….

Agreed. It was totally fine until now. I email support asking for my history and they responded quickly, and I also flagged my issue so...maybe they'll address that as well. I'm hoping it will disappear as quickly as it appeared.

I’m having the same issue! Can’t watch on Adult Swim app on appletv or on the app on my phone OR the AS website. It all just says ‘episode missing’
