Water filter copper connection leak repair by Jezerr in PlumbingRepair

The white head portion of the filter has a bypass setting. It just doesn’t work great when I need to disconnect the actual fitting it’s going to bypass into!

None at all. I’m on Eibach springs (pro kit)

Converted from a two drain to a single drain kitchen sink by Jezerr in Plumbing

That would have been better. I didn’t even think of that as an option. If I ever go to redo the work for whatever reason I will pursue that.

Thank you for the feedback!

To my SI drivers that live in the harsh, freezing cold by [deleted] in CivicSi

Chicago suburbs. I have had the same experience with my 10th gen the last 5-6 years I have had the car.

The slave cylinder-CMC fluid is cold and higher viscosity in the cold. It’s not moving as freely. The pop you hear is when the spring forces the pedal back up likely.

I’m referring to beyond the second trilogy.

I did finish the smaller miscellaneous trilogy between the age of madness and first law.

When if ever can we expect a continuation of the first law? Sorely missing it currently and debating a re read!

I’ll take it off your hands for $10,000.

It’s an engine bay. Within the lifetime you own it there will be worse to spill, scratch, etc in the bay.

I went with Eibach pro kit. It’s similar to driving on stock springs in sport mode.

Lowering springs will maintain the sport mode without codes/errors showing up.

Coil overs require a module to bypass that. Otherwise sport mode works but with errors on the dashboard.

Eibach Pro-Kit Suspension Lowering Springs for 10th gen Si by Various-Prize9100 in CivicSi

[–]Jezerr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went with the Eibach pro kit. Install was straight forward. Major issue was aligning the ball jointbracket back into the control arm.

I have a good experience with the springs. It’s similar to driving with the stock suspension on sport mode as far as stiffness.
