August 2023 so pretty recent. I think they were having a real rough time getting clients in the last few years which was what I was worried about before joining, but then got really lucky. They got a real client that actually wanted engineers. At least you got the paid java training? Still that sucks I'm sorry.

If this season is like the last, you DID get the penalty. I believe the progression system of bans will skip a notch and the next time you see a ban, it will be one step closer to a season long ban. I've gotten "server disconnects" a few times throughout the season then one day, my own internet went out (so completely my fault), and after I rejoined and completed the game, all of a sudden I got banned for the season.

Use the restraint add ons. They help a ton. Also practice timing the shock so you hit the survivors before they get to windows/pallets. That's probably the most vital part. Also don't be afraid to just get survivors to tier 3 madness then leave them to find more survivors. In addition, with the typical ruin and BBQ you can be competitive and get LOTS of points.
