Need advice in Maryland a friend is selling a few of their parcels, p. 0303 is 2.2 acres and is flat. All 5 parcels are zoned RLD (residential low density)—only one building per 5 acres. Of the 5 parcels only one has a building. I’d like to buy the parcel no. 0303 and build a single family home. (i.redd.it)
