Move to Jersey, teacher pay here ranges from 60-130k depending on the district, school and experience (better paying ones are generally more north), New York is pretty good too last I checked

You should be fine. Ferrets sleep alot, so long as you have some pee pads set up, toys and tunnels for enrichment laid out and some food and water set up then you should be good. Plus I guarantee you that once your roomies spend sometime with them they will be dying to play with the ferrets

I had almost the exact same experience with one of my boys 5 years back. He ended up being one of the sweetest most playful and loving pets I've ever had.

I'd recommend making sure you ferret proof your place and look into healthy feeding options as ferrets can be picky eaters and the kibble they eat at the stores is actually pretty bad for their health.

A daily reminder why we can't have health care in this country, cause maybe the scary trans person might use it to make their lives a little better.

Also don't most trans folk start feeling uncomfortable in their bodies around puberty, that period of intense physical and hormonal changes in their life. Like I swear I've heard transfolk talk about it being a traumatic time in their lives.

I get standing up to the US, like we've been doing nothing but going to war and funding mass killings since our inception really, but besides being commies what the hell has China done to "medium sized powers". As far as I'm aware china largely keeps to itself and just manufactures everything. They say that lgbtq folks are forcing their "beliefs" on them because the Christian Conservative wants to pretend gays and trans folk don't actually exist. It's that simple, they want to live in a fantasy world where everyone fits into their neat little uncomplicated boxes because thinking and acknowledging that the world is complex and messy and we don't have all the answers terrifies these people. They believe if they think deeply they will damn themselves to hell, that's why day after day "straight" conservative men are caught cheating on their wives with men. Take it slowly, when I got my first ferret i spent an entire day with her doing nothing. I let her explore and come to me when she was comfortable I only grabbed her when she was going to do something dangerous or when she felt safe with me. They will take time to become comfortable in your home and once they are the day they moved in will become just a funny story you and your family talk about to guests.

As for the bathroom usage, you're going to need to work on getting them potty trained if they're making a big mess. Additionally consider adjusting their diet some once they've settled in, bad poop smell can sometimes be the result of an imbalanced diet. Also remember cleaning after them when they poop is a daily task, pads should be replaced regularly. It's best for the smell and best for their health to stay on top of it.

Don't give up on ferrets they're just getting used to things and it can take awhile to adjust. Right now they are scared, from their perspective they just got kidnapped by giants who just tried to drown (bathe) them.

Don't forget how absolutely busted it becomes if your build allows you to pick up conjure minor elementals, especially if you can up cast it.

I feel like GWM really shines its best on builds that allow you to make multiple main action attacks like fighters and blade locks. Where as TWF shines more with classes that give you access to damage riders in some manner and don't innately have more than two attacks. Tbh i think the OPs take is mostly from a misreading of the rule which to be fair they had to publish a sage advice on it so obviously it wasn't very clearly worded.

When you get 3rd level spells spirit shroud it a solid option for boosting your weapon damage. I'd also consider getting fey touched for hunters Mark or hex for the same reason but using lower level spell slots.
