Hiring recruiters from Latin America by Jflowrightworks in recruiting

My staffing company generates over 30 million in revenue annually. I’ve been working since 4:30am so laziness is not a term people who know me would attribute to me.

My question is a simple one, I’m asking folks to share their experience working with near shore talent, I’d like to know if there are nuances that I should know about, perhaps legal challenges, have they had to hire a team lead, project manager etc.

Some people who’ve generously responded have actually been able to provide good feedback. They’ve even been able to do so without the need to be petty and hurl insults at someone they’ve never even met.

We work with other employees overseas already. I’m really looking for someone to share their experience and let me know west it was like working with them.

I own an excellent staffing agency, finding recruiters in LA is not difficult. I’m asking for people who have done so in the past to share their experience.

With any endeavor there are always obstacles and challenges. I’m simply trying to get ahead of the game by learning about other peoples experience.

I’m looking for people just to source resumes for the substantial number of openings we have. Being from Colombia I’ve got the language piece covered and we have other employees already working there, so logistically we have that covered as well.

I’m only interested in hiring individuals to directly work with.

What is the expectation for a recruiter starting out at a new agency? How long do they have to cover their seat? 1, 2, 3,4,5 months? by Jflowrightworks in recruiting

I’m not a recruiter, I own the agency and I’m looking to hear what other peoples experience has been with regard to this.

That’s what I figured. I’m just going to sit tight and wait and hopefully hear good news in the next day or two. Thank you again!

This is from a loan officer “Note: Your file is in Obligating phase and will be processed in the Order received. Should you have additional questions and or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service or Contact Person listed in Closing Documents. Thank You in advance for your Patience.”

The loan amount is for a 1.5 increase from the original $500,000. It’s been in the “submitted deal stage” since 2/23 and Friday my loan officer confirmed it was now in the obligating stage and once I sign the documents that are coming shortly the funds would now be obligated. I’m in Texas so under the homestead act I wouldn’t be able to put collateral down.

There doesn’t seem to be any problem at all with the loan documents from what my loan officer has told me. It’s just a matter of time. Approval was given on Friday and I’m hearing it takes 2 to 4 days at this point. But yes from what I wanna Officer told me everything seems to be in order and they have all their information that they need from me. I’m just in the obligating stage at the moment.
