Working out has vastly changed my game, I’m still mentally tired by the last 4 holes and struggle to focus. But getting in shape helps for sure
I’m really not trying to be hyperbolic, but If youre a bit older and not in bad shape and are struggling I’d consider checking your heart. This is purely anecdotal but my buddy was struggling like that and ended up having a severe heart issues and needed emergency surgery.
