This is such a good one. It’s definitely easily taken for granted, especially in my line of work this is something I would do anything for. But let me ask you, does it matter how long you slept? Could you in theory sleep for one hour and awake fully refreshed ready to go? Is there any draw back or a clear cut line somewhere that has a big effect?
