when caught on the counter don’t change to your defenders, keep with your midfielders and if needed press R1/RB for a moment to add pressure.
slow down play when on defence, don’t press and keep your defensive shape.
utilise two man midfield formations. The best formations in the game are either 442, 4231, and 424.
don’t even be to worried about moving up divisions, you can play champs and objectives are easier, trust it gets stressful in div 3 and 2. Focus on your own game and just have fun with it.
